Yes! You can store it in a freezer-safe container in the freezer for up to 3 months. The dip may become slightly watery if not sealed properly, so make sure its airtight.

I had gastric bypass surgery and this is a great way to get flavor in my protein. Love that there is no cream cheese and it taste great.
