    Let me introduce myself and the journey of Momma Fit Lyndsey. Residing in Pittsburgh, PA, I live with my husband, two daughters, and our adorable dogs, Minnie and Daisy.

    Over a decade ago, I began blogging as a personal hobby, documenting my experiences as a new mom.

    Initially focused on photography, my hobby turned into a profession, leading me to transition from a full-time finance professional to a full-time wedding photographer.

    My work was even featured on renowned platforms like Style Me Pretty, as well as Pittsburgh Magazine and other print media.

    In 2017, my attention shifted towards building my blog and growing my Instagram following.

    While initially meant to chronicle my food and fitness journey, Momma Fit Lyndsey fully evolved into a dedicated food blog in 2020.

    Today, the recipes on my blog reflect my commitment to providing healthy and straightforward family meal ideas accessible to everyone.

    In our household, we value convenience cooking. It's rare for a night to pass without the air fryer, Instant Pot, Ninja Foodi, or slow cooker being put to use!
